Captain Patrick A. Moloney is a senior maritime executive with extensive experience in the management and administration of a state agency, including conducting investigations and development of training and testing programs. He currently volunteers with the management and operation of a historical museum ship, the S.S. Jeremiah O’Brien, in San Francisco. 

An accomplished Master Mariner having held thirteen commands and affiliated with numerous state, national, and international maritime organizations, Capt. Moloney brings nearly forty years of experience and knowledge to his consulting practice.
